Stayed at Ship Inn for one night before catching an early morning shuttle. Despite arriving late, the staff directed us to open takeaways and even provided plates and cutlery for our fish & chips. the location overlooking the harbour was great, with a warm welcome from the staff. the room was clean and fresh, with a view of the harbour. the pub downstairs had live music and a great atmosphere. Parking was available directly outside and there was a private entrance at the back.

I stayed at The Ship for a weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The room was clean and pleasant, with a nice view of the harbor. The bed was comfy and the Wi-Fi was free. I loved the convenience of the tea and coffee making facilities, and the shower in the bathroom was great. The pub downstairs was a cozy place to spend the evening, and the fish and chips lived up to their famous reputation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with the landlady even giving us a lift to a local restaurant. The live music in the pub created a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this spot!

I had the most memorable stay at The Ship Inn. The staff went above and beyond to make my wedding preparation and wedding night unforgettable. The location was perfect, and the room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary croissant for breakfast was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel for any special occasion.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right on Folkestone seafront was perfect for exploring the beautiful harbor. The room was comfortable, clean, and cosy, with large fluffy towels provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the landlady, Trish, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel also had a great pub atmosphere, with live music and friendly locals. I loved the selection of real ales and other drinks available.

the ship inn in folkestone exceeded our expectations during our family holiday. the quaintness of the place, the pretty back entrance with flowers, and the proximity to the fishing pier and beach made our stay truly enjoyable. we will definitely book a stay here again in the future.

The rooms are spacious and newly decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom boasts a nice shower, and the beds are delightfully comfy. In the morning, guests can savor their coffee and croissants while overlooking the harbor and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

There is no on-site parking available for overnight guests.

We even found free parking right in front of the B&B. we couldn't have asked for a better experience. the Ship Inn exceeded our expectations!

The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, with fresh towels and bedding. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, with a good selection of drinks at the pub and live music during my visit.

We had a fantastic time at Ship Inn. The location was perfect, right by the fishing pier and a short walk from the beach. The staff, Trish and Vi, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They arranged taxis for us, showed us where to park, and even let us use our room early. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and the atmosphere was great. We would definitely recommend Ship Inn to anyone visiting this area.
