This hotel ticks all the boxes for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. the rooms are spacious and provide an amazing view across the water. The large windows allow you to take in the stunning scenery of Lochgoilhead. The bathroom is well-appointed with a spacious en-suite and a refreshing walk-in shower. Additionally, the hotel staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail of your stay is taken care of. Lastly, the breakfast served here is fantastic, with perfectly poached eggs that are included in the price.

I had the most incredible stay at The Shore House. The location, right on the shores of Loch Goil, was stunning. I woke up every morning to breathtaking views of the loch. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with the lounge offering a wide range of walks in the area. It was the perfect place to start my day exploring the beautiful surroundings. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout. And I must mention the delicious breakfast - it was the perfect way to start my day, with a variety of options to choose from.

We had an incredible stay at a lovely B&B nestled on the shores of a beautiful loch. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and we enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge area with a drink by the fire. The food served was delicious and made with the freshest ingredients. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even provided little touches like a hot water bottle to help me feel better when I was unwell. The room had all the conveniences we needed, including a large smart TV, great wifi, and a comfortable mattress. We can't wait to come back in the future!

Staying at this magical place on the shores of the loch was an incredible experience. From the stunning views to the delicious meals, everything was perfect. the hosts, Liz and Billy, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They even provided special touches for my fiancé's birthday, making it truly memorable. the room was beautifully furnished, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. I can't wait to return in the future and highly recommend this hidden gem.

the shore house in lochgoilhead was even better than our previous stay. the hosts, gillian and mark, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. gillian's breakfast was absolutely amazing, and mark's evening meal was delicious. it truly felt like staying with friends. the location was peaceful and the wifi worked perfectly.

Bathroom lacked storage space.

We got great value for our money at Shore House. The room was cozy and the view of the lake was breathtaking. The staff treated us like family and made us feel right at home.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.

Spent Christmas at a cute little hotel on the edge of the lake, had tasty and hot food served every meal and woke up each morning to the sound of birds chirping and ducks quacking. the staff were all friendly and helpful. It was great that it was only a short drive to nearby attractions and the view from my room overlooking the lake was stunning.

The room was quite small and felt cramped most of the time, especially with all the Christmas decorations. the shower wasn't very strong and the hot water would come and go, making it difficult to enjoy a nice hot shower.

The value for money at Shore House was excellent, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the Loch and plenty of local trails to explore. Billy and Liz were the perfect hosts, making our stay warm, welcoming, and full of fun.

Breakfast delights, but a wider variety of options would make it even better.

The comfortable rooms are spotlessly clean and offer en suite facilities with complimentary toiletries. Guests can also enjoy freshly cooked breakfasts, and the lounge area provides a cozy spot to relax and soak in the beautiful scenery.

There may be limited options for activities during rainy weather, as it seems that the lounge area is closed until 5 pm, as mentioned in a previous review.
