The open plan layout was great. Comfy bed. Convenient location with shops nearby. Easy check-in and check-out process. Beautifully decorated and well-designed. Underfloor heating was efficient. Lovely shower. Great parking facilities.

Not one thing.

The location was perfect for exploring the area I used to live in, and it was great to be able to relax and watch Netflix after a day of reminiscing. The nearby M&S store was also very convenient for getting food.

One thing that could have been better was the cleanliness. There were no cleaning products or tea towels provided, and the apartment could have been a bit cleaner.

Very close to town centre and right next to several shops. Easy check-in and out. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Parking available.

Couldn't fault.

I got excellent value for my money at The Snug. The room was top-notch with all the amenities I needed, and it was spacious and modern. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town centre yet surprisingly quiet. Amy, the staff member I communicated with, was always helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

the snug in bourne was even better than my last stay. beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. the high chair and travel cot were a pleasant surprise. the bed was unbelievably comfortable and the bathroom exceptional. definitely recommending to friends and family.

Mattress wasn't great.

We had an amazing stay at The Snug! The value for money was fantastic and the room was absolutely beautiful, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center, and the staff treated us incredibly well.
