We absolutely loved our stay at The Soho Hotel! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of natural light. The complimentary sweets and champagne in celebration of my birthday were a delightful touch. The upgraded room and personal hand-written note from the General Manager made us feel truly special. The pillow/linen lavender mist was a nice addition for a restful sleep. The bathroom toiletries were generously sized. The staff was welcoming, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The bed and pillows were large and fluffy, ensuring a cozy night's sleep. The well-appointed gym with various machines and free weights was a bonus. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to metro stops, shops, restaurants, and theaters.

The Soho Hotel, Firmdale Hotels, exceeded my expectations in every way. The stylish and vibrant décor created a unique and energetic atmosphere. The spacious and beautifully decorated room with a comfortable bed made my stay extremely comfortable. Despite its central location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The cold buffet breakfast was delicious, although the cooked breakfast could be improved. I had an amazing experience at The Soho Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Great location in the heart of Soho, giving easy access to all the major areas in central London. Lovely staff, especially the welcoming doorman who made us feel at home. Independent feel to the hotel, not like a generic chain. Delightful smell throughout the hotel, and even received a bottle of it as a gift. Beautiful clean rooms, and we were even upgraded to a luxury room. Comfortable and lively bar area with a good cocktail menu. Prompt and friendly room service, with an honesty bar and delicious caramel ice cream.

We got incredible value for our money at the Soho Hotel, Firmdale Hotels. The room was absolutely amazing, with a cozy and beautiful bed, a fabulous bathroom, and a well-stocked minibar. The location was perfect, with plenty of bars, cafes, and pubs nearby. But what really stood out was the staff's hospitality. They greeted us by name and even provided a bottle of Pol Roger at the perfect moment. One staff member went above and beyond to help me when I had a pickpocketing incident. I am grateful for his kindness and sincerity.

Breakfast offerings could be improved by expanding the menu to include cold cuts. It would also be nice to have more than one cup of coffee included, especially considering the hotel's five-star reputation and higher room rates.

The reception, lounge, bar, and restaurant areas were all wonderful, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was exceptional, delivering top-notch service and being friendly throughout our interactions. The breakfast and dinner menus were delicious, and the location was perfect for shopping and exploring parks and historical sites. It was truly a perfect stay.

The hotel was quite expensive, especially considering that the standard rooms only had queen beds. Additionally, there wasn't enough time to try out all the facilities, like the spa and cinema room.

I had a lovely stay at Soho Hotel, Firmdale Hotels. The layout and design of the room was very pleasing, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The concierge staff were most helpful in assisting me with my needs.

Despite these positives, I must mention that I was disappointed by the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I expected a hotel of this level to provide such amenities, especially when most smart hotels offer Nespresso machines.

Great concept with the Honesty Bar allowing for personal entertainment in the beautiful library. Warm and welcoming staff, especially Ewan, who was well informed about the area. Excellent location in the theater district, within walking distance to tourist spots. Comfortable rooms with thoughtful amenities. Immaculate service from attentive and friendly staff.

I recently stayed at the Soho Hotel for a weekend getaway. The service was outstanding, with courteous and wonderful staff. The room was quiet and the bed was out of this world. The hotel's hospitality was exceptional, from the personalized welcome gift to the attentive staff who went above and beyond to assist me, especially when I had an unfortunate incident of getting pickpocketed. The location was also convenient, close to shopping and entertainment. a top-end experience that exceeded my expectations.
