I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this luxurious B&B. The building itself is stunning, with a professional conversion that exceeded my expectations. The owners were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms and dining area were of a higher standard than many 3 and 4-star hotels I've stayed in before. I was especially impressed with the spacious and powerful en-suite shower - a must-have for me. Everything was clean, modern, and gave off a pleasant vibe. I highly recommend staying here.

I had a wonderful stay at Southgate B&B in the middle of Hunmanby village. Chris and Julie were excellent hosts, providing a clean and comfortable room. the breakfast they served was delicious and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. the location was ideal for exploring nearby areas like Filey, Bridlington, and Scarborough. the village itself had charming shops and pubs, including the White Swan which served fantastic food. it was a lovely experience and I will definitely choose Southgate B&B again when I return to the area.

We stayed at Southgate B&B for the Steampunk festival and had an amazing experience. The owners, Chris and Julie, were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond to fulfill our requests, like providing soya milk for breakfast and even leaving a fresh jug in our room. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and well-stocked with tea and coffee. The staff showed a genuine interest in their customers and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it.

Chris and Julie, the owners, were incredibly polite and helpful, providing us with useful tips on places to visit and where to have dinner. the location of the B&B was fantastic, being just a short drive away from Filey, Scarborough, and Bridlington. I will definitely keep this gem in mind for future stays!
