As foreign tourists, we loved the warm welcome from the staff and the stunning view of the river from our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was clean. The location was perfect for our needs, and we had no trouble finding parking. The seagulls added to the charm of the place. we had a fantastic stay and didn't want to leave!

Had a great stay at this hotel over Christmas! the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the beautiful estuary. the room was comfortable and spacious, with a cozy bed and a stunning sunset view. the food was delicious, especially the pasta and the hot smoked salmon salad.

The parking was a bit of a hassle, as we had to park on the road. It would have been more convenient to have parking facilities on-site.

We had an amazing stay right on the beach with stunning views of the sea. the hotel had a stylish and tasteful decor, which added to the wow factor. the staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfasts were hearty. the location was perfect, offering a beautiful sight from the bay windows. We loved the atmosphere of the bar and restaurant, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options.

There were a couple of drawbacks. the mattress in our room was quite soft and needs to be replaced.

The hotel is conveniently located on the waterfront, offering stunning views of the River Clyde and the distant hills. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds and well-stocked amenities. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even reopening the kitchen for a late dinner. The bar/restaurant area has a great atmosphere and is perfect for watching the sun set over the water. The hotel is also close to the Bute ferry, making it easy to explore nearby areas.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there were some dusty areas and cracked bathroom tiles that could use a little attention.

We had a fantastic stay at a popular drinks and eats venue. Despite it being busy, we were able to get a meal at short notice. The food was very good, arrived hot, and the staff were very solicitous. The whole experience was pleasurable. The plastic straws should be phased out though. I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had a warm welcome and they even accommodated our 4-year-old in the room with us. The rooms were clean, secure, and well-kept, with a fantastic view over the sea. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options including a delicious omelette.

The only minor issue was that the room decor seemed a bit tired, with a cigarette burn on the headboard and some worn-out decorations.

As a solo traveler, I loved the friendly and helpful staff, the great views from the room, and the delicious food in the bar/restaurant.

The hotel is situated in a great location with stunning views of the water nearby. We particularly enjoyed having the option to bring our furry friend along, who was treated with great care and attention during our visit.

there were limited options for hanging clothes in the room, which made it hard to keep things tidy and organized. Despite these issues, we still had an enjoyable stay and appreciated the efforts of the staff.

The Spinnaker Hotel in Gourock was an exceptional place to stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me and my dog feel right at home. The room was nice and cozy, with a spacious and modern bathroom. The food in the pub was delicious and reasonably priced. The breathtaking view of the river Clyde and mountains from the room was the cherry on top. the hotel provided excellent service and I would definitely recommend it.

the room was spacious with a big, comfy bed and a gorgeous view of the water. the staff were friendly and very helpful. the hotel had a modern and cozy feel, with newly decorated interiors. the bathroom was well equipped and spacious, featuring a big double-ended bath and a walk-in shower. Although my husband reported some issues with the shower going hot and cold, we made great use of the lovely bath instead. the bar and restaurant offered lovely views over the Clyde, and the food was good. it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its cracking view of the Firth of Clyde. The value for money was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the breakfast was a real tasty treat with cracking views over the Clyde.

We arrived at The Spinnaker late at night after our ferry to Dunoon was canceled. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and understanding, offering us a room and reassuring us that everything would be okay. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. Despite having to leave early the next morning, we appreciated the value for money and would definitely return for the friendly service and cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
