The location of this family-friendly hotel is perfect, right in the center of the village next to a great pub. The spacious rooms are comfortable and the friendly staff provides excellent service. The cooked-to-order breakfast is delicious and a great way to start the day. The hotel is also ideally situated for exploring the beautiful Northumberland coast and enjoying scenic walks in the area.

One minor drawback is that the pillows were a little soft, but this is subjective and can easily be overlooked.

We had such a comfortable stay here. The bed was incredibly cozy, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff was so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location of this place is also amazing, right in the heart of the village. It was so convenient for us to visit the local attractions and even Alnwick Castle and gardens.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also loved the delicious breakfasts that were served each morning. The hotel's location was perfect, with parking right outside the door and easy access to nearby attractions. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a bonus for staying connected during our holiday.

While our overall experience was wonderful, there were a couple of minor downsides. We noticed a few cobwebs in the room, which could have been easily cleaned.

We had a fantastic stay at Springfield Bed & Breakfast in Rothbury. One of the highlights was being able to take our takeaway breakfast back to the kitchen/dining room, which was perfect for our fussy eater. The breakfast options were excellent, with a great choice from the menu. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with both a bath and shower. The staff, especially the friendly lady who served breakfast, were welcoming and attentive. We also enjoyed the meals at the local pub, which were reasonably priced. a lovely location, wonderful accommodations, and friendly service made our stay enjoyable.

our recent stay in rothbury was perfect. springfield surpassed our expectations during this early morning flight. the staff were charming and the breakfast was delicious - using local produce cooked to perfection. free parking was a bonus and the location was ideal for our visit to cragside.

Friendly staff, good breakfast selection, tea/coffee replenished. Local pub served tasty meals. Large, spacious room downstairs with comfy bed, TV, and mirror in wardrobe. Enjoyed exploring the village of Rothbury. Great value for money, would recommend.

The hotel certainly had a great location - very easy to get to everything we wanted to see in the area. There was also free parking outside - a major plus. the bed in the room was comfortable and clean.

We had a few issues during our stay. First off, breakfast was served in our room, which was a bit inconvenient - we would have preferred a dining room.

There were a few areas that could use improvement. The lack of someone to greet us upon arrival was a bit frustrating, as we had to use a phone to announce our arrival and find our room.

Friendly staff, dog-friendly with no extra charge, lovely breakfast, good size room, great location with shops, pubs.
