My recent stay at The Spyglass & Kettle was fantastic! I was in Bournemouth for a quick beach getaway and stayed for three nights. The location couldn't have been better, with the beach just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the plentiful breakfast options, ranging from a full cooked breakfast to fresh fruit and yogurt. The hotel's quiet location and easy parking were also big pluses. a great experience!

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk through a pretty flowered walkway and down a zigzag slope to reach the beach. the proximity to the beach made it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand without having to travel far.

The windows in our room didn't close properly, leading to a lot of noise from outside. the breakfast service was also disappointing, with slow service and incorrect orders.

amazing stay, exceeded expectations. greene king inns at its best, just like my previous stay in bournemouth. staff beyond helpful, breakfast satisfying, and perfect location on the beachfront. couldn't ask for more, team at greene king inn really made our wedding celebration unforgettable.

Noisy pub downstairs in summer.

As foreign tourists, we loved the easy-going and relaxed atmosphere of the pub accommodation. The location was perfect, just a minute away from a fabulous beach. Free and easy parking was a huge plus. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a lovely bathroom featuring a great walk-in shower. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering a discount on breakfast for guests. The pub offered a good selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices. We also enjoyed the room with a sea view.

We felt very lucky to have found this place, as we had no complaints at all.

Friendly staff, great location by the seafront with easy access to the beach and Southbourne Grove. Helpful and pleasant service, nice bar area, good food. Plenty of plug sockets in the room, good shower with an iron and ironing board available.

The Spyglass & Kettle, part of the Greene King Inns group, is a lovely venue located by the sea. the bar is bustling with customers and the food for both supper and breakfast was good. the staff at the reception and in the dining area during breakfast were very friendly and accommodating. the facilities are on point, although I didn't have the chance to utilize them fully. a great experience and I will definitely be back.
