I recently stayed at The Stag Head Hotel for a short weekend getaway and I was pleasantly surprised. The view from my en-suite room was absolutely stunning, overlooking a rail bridge and the harbour. The sound of the sea was a peaceful and soothing backdrop. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water. I also loved the charming traditional style of the rooms. Additionally, there was a fantastic brunch and coffee place right next door, and a lovely little beach just a short walk away for walking my dog. a truly memorable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room, located on the third floor, had a lovely view of a nearby courtyard and even a glimpse of the ocean and bridges. The hotel's location was convenient for me as it was close to the airport, making it easy for me to pick someone up. The room itself was small but cozy, with all the necessary amenities including a sink, kettle, and tea/coffee. The bed was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and I especially want to thank the local gentleman, Elliot, who kindly helped me carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs.

I went on a 3-day trip and explored great places around the area. That's why I chose this hotel - the location is excellent. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The views from the room were stunning, overlooking the water and the famous rail bridge. The cooked breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The room was clean and cozy. The views from the back of the hotel are amazing, with a lovely view over the water. The room was snug but comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size with a bath. The oldie worldie feel of the hotel adds a charming touch. The windows also opened, allowing for fresh air. The hotel is located in a lovely little neighborhood on a shopping strip, and there is a Co-op supermarket nearby. For just £6, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, which I highly recommend. The staff took the trouble to provide a vegetarian breakfast that suited my needs. Plus, there was no noise from the bar, making for a peaceful stay. Lastly, I appreciated that I could leave my heavy bag at the hotel until I was ready to catch my train.

The rooms were a bit tired and in need of modernization. there were some noise disturbances at night, possibly due to the proximity of neighboring properties.

Cleanliness was excellent. The room and en suite were spotless. Hotel facilities were great, with a café next door and a pub/restaurant nearby. The location on a quaint high street by the sea was simply beautiful. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great waterfront location with views of bridges. Close to bars, restaurants, and public transport. Clean and comfortable rooms with character. Quiet despite downstairs bar. Convenient for airport pickups. a pleasant stay with no disturbances.

We had a delightful stay at The Stag Head in Queensferry. The location was amazing, offering a beautiful view of the nearby courtyard and ocean. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was of great quality. We especially appreciated the kind gesture of a local gentleman who helped us carry our heavy suitcase up the stairs. The charming town of Queensferry and its seaside atmosphere added to our enjoyable experience. If given the chance, we would love to stay at The Stag Head again.

I recently stayed at The Stag Head Hotel for a couple of nights. The room was clean and had a modern feel to it. The bathroom was particularly impressive, very clean and modern. The best part was the amazing view from the room, overlooking the marina and the Forth Rail Bridge. The location of the hotel was also great, right on South Queensferry High Street. Despite being above a pub, there was no noise disturbance at night. The staff member at the bar was also very pleasant and welcoming.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

The location in the charming seaside town of Queensferry was perfect, with a view of a nice courtyard and a glimpse of the ocean and bridges. The room had everything I needed and the bed was clean and comfortable. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely stay at Stag Head again.

just got back from a golf trip in Edinburgh and staying at a cute hotel in a lovely little town. The staff was amazing, especially the woman at the bar who gave great local advice. The room was cozy and nicely furnished, and the view was fantastic. Highly recommend! stag head exceeded my expectations.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in South Queensferry for a few days. The staff were incredibly accommodating, providing helpful directions and storing our bags before check-in. The pub downstairs was a cozy spot to relax in the evening. Despite our early departure, the staff arranged a taxi for us. I would definitely stay here again.
