The bed was incredibly comfortable and the newly renovated bathroom was a nice touch. The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful! the food was delicious, especially the Xmas dinner and breakfast! the hotel is in an ideal location - close to parks and forest walks which we enjoyed. the room was lovely - very comfortable and cosy with everything we needed.

The pillows were a bit noisy which made it hard to sleep. there was a small water leak in the bathroom that we had to dry up ourselves.

The location is great, as it is right on the doorstep of the beautiful New Forest. We were able to easily explore the forest and enjoy the stunning natural scenery. The hotel is also conveniently located in the town center, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. Additionally, it is not far from Southampton ports, which was a bonus for us.

The room we stayed in had outdated windows that were not double glazed, resulting in noisy drafts and a chilly temperature.

Spacious room, comfy bed, good shower, great breakfast, quiet room despite being on Main Street.
