The location was easy to find and very convenient for our needs. The lady who greeted us was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. The room was clean and had a fresh feel to it. Despite being close to the airport, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. We appreciated the level of communication prior to our arrival, which included information about the restaurant being closed but offered alternative dining options. The parking was good and having a hair dryer in the room was a nice touch. We also enjoyed having tea and coffee making facilities, which came in handy when we wanted a quick snack. our experience was pleasant and comfortable.

Entering this hotel, we were immediately blown away by the luxurious decor and exclusive amenities. the room advantages were undeniable, offering a private garden view and in-room breakfast for a truly relaxing experience. the bar/lounge area served up delicious special diet menus, and we found the picnic area a great way to spend our afternoon.

The soundproofing between our room and the one next door was poor, leading to a disturbed night due to loud conversations. the bathroom was small, with a tiny shower cubicle and a shower head too big for the space.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us, even though we hadn't pre-booked for meals. the food at the Station Restaurant & Bar was excellent, and we were impressed by the friendly and efficient service, particularly from a female staff member who managed the whole bar with a smile, despite the busy and hot conditions. the room was comfortable and the bed provided a good night's sleep. Check-out was easy, and we would definitely book this room again in the future.

We were greeted by a friendly guy called Dan who showed us to our clean, modern room. The bar had a lovely feel and offered a huge range of drinks. Dan went above and beyond to help with my dietary requirements. True credit to the company.

Everything was clean and smelled freshly painted. The pub on the property was very nice, and the overall experience was ideal for my visit.
