The complimentary tea, coffee, cereals, milk, and bottled water on arrival were a nice touch. The hosts were very attentive and made me feel at home. The location was great, in a quiet residential area but still easy to get into the city center. Plus, it was conveniently located near Alton Towers and other theme parks in the area.
