The room was spacious, modern, clean and recently renovated. the staff were lovely and welcoming. the breakfast offering was very nice and convenient.

The sink and shower plugs were unusable. the net curtains could do with a good wash.

The room was nice, very clean with tea making facilities. Slightly smaller than expected but well decorated and nice bathroom. Away from the busy road. Excellent refurbished bar. Continental buffet breakfast included, more than adequate.

The room was lovely, quite big, warm, and comfortable. The shower was amazing. The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We received a complimentary Indian takeaway from their restaurant in Derby. The owner's father personally delivered it to us and we had a pleasant chat with him. They are aiming to reopen the restaurant in mid-October.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, clean, and modern. The beds were comfortable, and the size of the TV in the room was perfect. The staff welcomed us warmly upon arrival and check-in was quick. The hotel's communication was excellent, informing us in advance about the ongoing renovations and the temporary suspension of evening meals. They were helpful in recommending nearby places to eat and even offered to call us a taxi. we were very happy with our stay and would definitely return.

The lack of space in the rooms for placing personal items while showering or washing. It would be helpful to have a shelf or additional storage options.

I had a really comfortable and spacious bedroom with tea and coffee making facilities, as well as an iron and ironing board, which came in handy. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and nice, and the breakfast was very good, with nice ingredients that tasted delicious. The hotel also took the road noise into consideration by adding an extra buffer, so I didn't notice it at all. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were all top-notch.
