The studio was well-decorated and had a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. There was also a large TV, which made for great entertainment during my stay. The location was convenient, with several cafes nearby and a short walk to the Pavillion Gardens and Lanes. I also appreciated the prompt response from the hosts regarding car parking, and they even provided parking permits.

I found the lack of communication from the hosts to be a downside. Despite quickly replying to emails, they didn't reach out before or during my stay.

The location of the studio was perfect, within walking distance to the city centre and close to everything we needed. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with cozy and welcoming vibes. The hosts provided thoughtful touches such as a selection of books and tea and coffee. there were plenty of shops and supermarkets in the area for convenience.

That the hosts never reached out to us during our stay, it would have been nice to have some interaction with them.

I recently stayed at The Studio on Bernard Rd for a relaxing seaside holiday in Brighton. The location was perfect, just a short 15-20 min walk to the main shopping area and beach. The studio itself was beautifully decorated with unique seaside touches, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. I appreciated the useful information book provided, as well as the clean linens and well-stocked bathroom amenities. Parking was convenient with a visitor permit provided, and the hosts were readily available for any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We also appreciated the spacious bathroom with a great shower and provided shower products. the hosts were so thoughtful, providing milk and even giving us parking permits for our car. the location was fantastic, with cafes nearby and a short walk to the Pavillion gardens and Lanes. our experience was excellent and the hosts were incredibly lovely.

I got excellent value for my money at Studio @ 93 Bernard Rd. The room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and secure. The location was nice and quiet, with just a 15-20 minute walk to the seafront. The staff, Thiago and Stu, were the best hosts I've ever had, always available and helpful.
