We absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere of The Stump. The roaring fires and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The delicious breakfast and helpful service were a great bonus. We will definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family. Wonderful experience!

During my recent stay, I found the room to be beautifully decorated with a charming claw foot bath. The bathroom was top-notch with a fabulous shower and a generous supply of toiletries. The staff were friendly and always went out of their way to help. The breakfast was delicious, especially the granola. The location was also perfect for our needs. I had a great time at The Stump and would highly recommend it to others.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in the centre of the Cotswolds. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotlessly clean, with a super king-sized bed that was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the Bramley toiletries provided and the complimentary bottle of mineral water.

We experienced one minor inconvenience during our stay, as the room lighting was not sufficient for doing makeup. However, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

The value for money at the Stump was outstanding, with spacious and attractive rooms, comfy beds, and a great range of amenities including a large TV and Nespresso machine. The location was ideal, close to popular attractions, and the staff treated us so well - they were absolutely fantastic.

The food for breakfast was delicious, but it would have been even better if there had been more vegan options available.

We were particularly impressed with Ollie, who went out of his way to take care of us during dinner. the hotel had a lovely feel, with its refurbished accommodation and a charming atmosphere that perfectly matched the age of the property.

It would have been nice to see more variety, perhaps even a special board with other items. the shower in our room had a drainage problem, which wasn't a major issue, but the hotel didn't provide extra towels to accommodate it.

The rooms were clean and had a lovely shower with great wash products. the breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for a wedding nearby.

The check-in process was unclear and the customer service skills were lacking. It would have been helpful to have a sign in the car park to direct guests to the check-in location.

Breakfast delights would have been complete with a carafe of orange juice on the table instead of a small glass.

Our room was beautifully decorated and had a separate entrance, which we loved. the super king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were of great quality. We appreciated the coffee and tea making facilities, as well as the bottle of mineral water provided. the TV was a good size and worked perfectly. the Bramley toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. the breakfast was superb, with delicious yoghurt and fresh berries. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, especially the aubergine and burrata and the chicken Milanese. it was one of the best places we have ever stayed!
