we had a great stay at swan at, the staff were friendly and helpful. the manager even made us a roll to take away when we had to check out early. they also let us store some food in the fridge. the food was delicious, both for dinner and breakfast. the room was comfortable and spacious, possibly recently refurbished. the bathroom had a powerful shower. our dog was welcome in the pub and the room. it was a convenient location for exploring ashdown forest.

The room was clean and decorated nicely with a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. the breakfast included was a good value for money and was exceptionally tasty. the location was great for our weekend trip as it was nestled in a beautiful rural area with easy access to the town center.

Our stay was marred by a few annoying issues. the walls were very thin, and we could easily hear conversations from the next room, making it difficult to sleep.

We had an excellent stay at Swan At. the room was spacious and spotless, with a large, comfortable bed and great amenities. the bar downstairs was lovely, and we enjoyed both the delicious evening meal and breakfast. the staff were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were impressed when the manager quickly resolved a problem by offering us a free stay in a better room. We will definitely be returning and will highly recommend Swan At to others.
