As a tourist, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Jacqui, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They provided cutlery and plates for our takeout meal, reserved parking for our vans, and had contactless check-in/out. The room was spacious and had modern furnishings, and the bathroom was clean with a big shower. The hotel had a high-quality feel and provided ample tea and coffee sachets. I also loved the big TV in the room. Highly recommended!

We had a seamless check-in at Swan Inn and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the landlady. We were also impressed by the secure access to the parking area and the fact that we heard no noise from the pub downstairs. a delightful stay that exceeded our expectations.
