Had a wonderful stay at the Sycamore Tree B&B! the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. the owner, John, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the breakfast and dinner options were excellent, with generous portions and top-quality food. the shower was fantastic with great water pressure and temperature control. the location was easy to find and parking was convenient. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

I recently stayed at Sycamore Tree Bed & Breakfast in Longtown and had a fantastic experience. The personal service provided in the two-bedroom accommodation was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food, including the delicious cooked-to-order breakfast and the best sausage I've had in ages, was top-notch. The location was also convenient, with easy access to Carlisle and the M6, as well as a pleasant river walk just around the corner. it was a great value for money and I would highly recommend Sycamore Tree Bed & Breakfast.

Stayed at the charming Sycamore Tree B&B in Longtown for a weekend getaway. The top-floor suite was beautifully decorated in a black and white theme, providing a stylish and comfortable retreat. The cafe owner, who also served as the chef and barista, was incredibly sweet and ensured a warm welcome. The breakfast in the cozy corner cafe was a real treat, with delicious food and a homely atmosphere. Convenient location with easy parking right outside the hotel. Jonny, the proprietor, went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel in the heart of Longtown. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with everything spotless and lovely. The hotel facilities were great, and the fact that it is located above a friendly cafe was a wonderful bonus. The cafe offered excellent food at affordable prices, and there were no food smells or noise that affected my stay. The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and well-presented, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience throughout my stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the breakfast was delicious. I was impressed with the quality of service and the level of comfort provided here.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with all the mod cons you could need for a comfortable stay, including a large flat screen TV and tea and coffee facilities. the breakfast provided was outstanding and gave us plenty of energy for a day of exploring the local area. Plus, the location was perfect for us, situated right on the main street in the town.

The exterior of the property could use some sprucing up, as it looks quite dated and worn from the outside. there wasn't much to do in the immediate area, and we had to drive about 10 minutes to reach nearby Carlisle for more activities.
