Great location for ferry to Holland and beautiful old building with a stately hall interior. Adequate rooms and bathrooms. Brilliant breakfast with friendly staff. Ample parking and low prices.

No atmosphere for New Year's Eve, no countdown or celebration. Rooms were small and basic.

We absolutely loved our romantic escape at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the heart of town and with easy access to the main street. We enjoyed exploring the local area and discovering all the quaint shops and restaurants nearby. the room was perfect for us, cozy and comfortable, providing the ideal setting for a romantic getaway.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor issues that we encountered. the walls were a little thin, which meant that we could sometimes hear noise from other guests, particularly when they were closing their doors.

My xmas experience at this hotel was satisfactory. the room was comfortable and offered all the basic amenities I needed. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who were always available to assist with any queries or requests.

the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, with dust visible on the radiator, skirting boards, and light fittings. the menu at the bar and restaurant was confusing, and there were no options specifically catered to children.

Our group of friends loved the friendly and welcoming staff, the clean and comfortable suites, and the excellent value for money. We also appreciated the good-sized fan provided in our room, as well as the delicious food.

The location was very convenient, just a couple of minutes away from Asda for all our needs. the rooms were beautifully dressed and had high ceilings, making them feel spacious. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially when we mentioned the uncomfortable bed in our room. They immediately offered us an upgrade to a superior room with a wonderfully comfortable bed. the bar and restaurant were excellent, and we enjoyed a delicious meal there. a lovely experience, and we would definitely go back to Tower Hotel.

Lovely building, spacious and clean room, warm and comfortable accommodations. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, especially Marie, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The breakfast prepared by the head chef was incredible. our stay was great and I would recommend this hotel.

The value for money at Tower was excellent! The room was spacious, with a great shower and comfy bed. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring, and the staff treated us with friendliness and efficiency throughout our stay.

the tower, exceeded our expectations during our family holiday in harwich. the former grand house had great atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were comfortable and the shower facilities were good. we enjoyed the delicious fare in the bistro, which offered reasonable value.

More vegetarian and vegan choices on the menu would be a bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the gentleman who greeted me and looked after me was amazing, making sure I had everything I needed during my visit. the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, with the gammon steak and burger being particularly impressive. the hotel is located away from the busy area, which was perfect for me, yet still within walking distance to the sea for a late night stroll on the beach. the staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the jacuzzi bath in my room was a dream. a wonderful experience at the Tower Hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at a traditional, beautiful hotel. The location was nice and the English breakfast was very good. The hotel even upgraded us to a larger room with a comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this hotel.
