We got amazing value for our money at The Townhouse in Perth. The room was absolutely fantastic, complete with a delightful surprise of scones and biscuits waiting for us. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending the best places to eat in town. We couldn't have asked for a better B&B experience and will definitely book again if we're back in town.

The only small suggestion I have for the morning meal is to offer a wider variety of options. But other than that, everything was perfect!

The bedroom on the ground floor had a beautiful view of the green parkland and the furnishings were tastefully done. The attention to detail was impeccable – from fresh flowers throughout the house to thoughtful touches like a bowl of perfectly ripe satsumas and homemade shortbread biscuits. The assortment of quality beverages provided and the map with recommended restaurants were much appreciated. The location was perfect for exploring the local area and the proximity to the train station allowed for easy day trips to nearby cities. We enjoyed wandering around Perth, with its high quality places to eat and drink, and the compact city center made it a pleasant experience for my arthritis and knee replacements. a fabulous stay at a beautifully furnished Georgian property.

I recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast in Perth called The Townhouse. From the moment I arrived, I felt a personal touch and attention to detail. Even in the rain, I was greeted with my bag being carried inside and an umbrella held over my head. The room was spacious, comfortable, and warm, perfect for a cool and wet evening. I loved the scone with clotted cream, the teapot provided for making tea, and the yummy chocolate, shortbread, and clementines in the room. The hosts also gave great recommendations for local restaurants, and the breakfast was delicious. it was a truly welcoming and delightful experience.

We recently stayed at Townhouse for a weekend getaway. The owner, David, provided us with the "upgrade of the century" into a super deluxe Park view bedroom. The view was amazing, the bed was comfy, and everything was impeccably clean. The breakfast was delicious and the owner's friendly and entertaining personality added to the overall experience. You can feel the love and dedication they put into this hotel. We would absolutely recommend it.

We were also pleased that the hotel allowed pets and provided bowls, etc. Location-wise, it was conveniently located near a park. the freshly baked scones with jam and cream were a nice touch upon arrival.

The attention to "perfection" was sometimes a bit excessive. Any little flaw really stood out.
