We had a wonderful stay at the Tramway House. the beautifully furnished apartment made us feel right at home and had everything we needed. the friendly owners went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even leaving a welcome sign for us. the location was perfect for exploring tourist attractions and amenities, with the beach, shops, and children's play parks just a short walk away. We highly recommend the Tramway House for families looking for a great base in the north east.

I had the "pleasure" of enjoying the beautiful views of the city and sea from the apartment. Oh, and let's not forget the "convenience" of sharing the space with other guests in my party. Absolutely delightful.

The "hiking nearby" was just too exhausting for my liking.

We had an amazing stay at Tramway House - a true home away from home. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the beautifully furnished apartment had everything we needed. The location was perfect for families, with various tourist attractions nearby and plenty of shops, parks, and even a cinema within walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms. We can't recommend Tramway House enough for a family staycation in the north east.
