We appreciated the fan in the room as it helped keep us cool in the hot weather. the breakfast was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed it in a pleasant setting. the hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily drive to all the places we wanted to visit while still feeling like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle.

Stayed at Treebridge Hotel for a weekend getaway. Friendly staff, excellent cooked breakfast, ample parking, easy to find, and spacious room. Even with a wedding reception happening, there was no disturbance, only the peaceful sound of cows. The room had a fan to combat the heat and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the view of Roseberry Topping outside, and the quiet country setting away from Middlesbrough.

The breakfast service was efficient, and the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Some of the staff members went above and beyond, ensuring our satisfaction and even reminding us of any additional orders we needed. The room itself was clean and equipped with everything we could need, including bottled water and tea and coffee facilities.
