During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the hotel's excellent location. It was just a stone's throw away from bars, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. the staff at the hotel were also very helpful and understanding, making my stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast provided by the hotel was simply delightful, with a range of delicious options to choose from.

It would have been much more convenient if these were included in the room rate.

Room attractive, beds comfy, close to town. Walkable distance to registry office, next door to reception. Early check-in allowed me to assist with items for wedding. Bar staff carried my luggage. Delicious multi-choice breakfast. Recommended for able-bodied guests.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the town and city nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and refreshing air conditioning.

The management needs to address the issue of understaffing, as it was evident that the staff were stretched thin and lacked attentiveness at times. the windows in the rooms were old and difficult to open, and the showers were not consistently clean, with some shower heads in need of repair.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us with my food allergies and even assisted with our luggage. The hotel is conveniently located near the town centre and has free parking. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed watching Netflix and Amazon Prime on the TV in our room. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The music in the bar and dining room was far too loud and intrusive, making it difficult to have a conversation or relax. We were unaware that Thursday was jazz night, and our room overlooked the performance area.

The noise from the plumbing in the hotel can be quite disruptive at times.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel located in the Pantiles area of Tunbridge Wells. The hotel has a certain charm and is situated on a gorgeous heritage pedestrianized street. The location is perfect, as it is in a thriving area of Tunbridge Wells with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money, as the prices were very reasonable considering the level of service and quality. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with fresh towels provided daily. In addition, I appreciated having a bath in my room, which added an extra touch of luxury. The breakfast, included in the price, was delicious and made with locally sourced produce. The hotel also had great coffees available, which was a nice bonus.
