The Royal is also home to The Black Sheep Pub and the elegant Harbourview Grille, which is sure to become recognized as one of the finest dining establishments in all of Kintyre. The award-winning Ugadale Cottages are an idyllic sanctuary for groups and families or those that simply desire a bit more room to relax.

Just loved how the hotel restaurant wasn't open and the alternatives offered very little choice. So exciting!

I had a fantastic stay in a beautiful suite with sea-views. The staff were hardworking and very welcoming. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the muffins with poached eggs, avocado, and salmon. The pub next door served great food with lovely outdoor tables and beach views.

The room was huge, clean and tastefully furnished with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the seaside and easy access to the beach. the spa treatments were top-notch and thoroughly enjoyed by my wife.

The restaurant was closed for evening meals during our visit, which was a bit disappointing. However, the hotel provided a taxi service to a nearby restaurant, ensuring we still had a great dining experience.

The suite on the 2nd floor with sea-views was absolutely incredible, it took our breath away! The staff at the hotel were hardworking and incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The beaches were mind-blowingly beautiful, especially during this quiet off-peak week. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the muffins with poached eggs, avocado, and salmon – a jaw-dropping combination of flavors! The pub next door had lovely outdoor tables with stunning beach views, and the food there was super tasty. We were spoiled for choice with plenty of golf options. We can't wait to return to this fantastic place!

I gotta say, staying at this hotel was totally worth the money. The rooms were spacious and super comfy, plus we had all the amenities we needed. The location was awesome too, especially for golfers like us with two great courses nearby. And the staff? They couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful.

Hotel breakfast could use a little improvement, maybe more variety or a few special touches to make it stand out.
