If we had to nitpick, the WiFi signal wavered like a ghostly bagpiper in the Edinburgh fog. with such a welcoming atmosphere and delectable treats, we hardly noticed.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, being within a 5 minute walk from Haymarket train station and a short bus trip to Murrayfield and Edinburgh airport. This place is also perfect for the Airlink bus 100 to/from the airport. The hotel is very quiet and just close enough to all the major sights. The service and room amenities are top-notch, with tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and free wi-fi in rooms. The staff are more like friends who went out of their way for us, far beyond the call of duty normally expected of even the most gracious of hosts. The breakfast was delicious and the dining area was lovely. The facilities provided, such as wi-fi and flat-screen TVs, were great. We would highly recommend this hotel to all.
