The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially compared to other places I've stayed in the region. The room I had was upgraded for free to one with a double balcony and a great sea view. The owner, Graham, was fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location on the headland above the harbor was outstanding, with a pleasant walk into town.

Food for breakfast could have been better by offering more variety or options.

Stayed at a stunning property with amazing sea views. The host made our stay perfect by upgrading our room and being super friendly. Close to all the fun stuff Tynemouth has to offer and a 10-minute walk to the local metro station. The coast is right on your doorstep and we even saw dolphins from our bedroom window. A truly magical experience.

I recently stayed at a charming hidden stone B&B with breathtaking views of the Tyne mouth and the North Sea. The location was excellent, providing stunning views from the patio of the nearby abbey and castle. The host, Graham, was absolutely lovely, attentive, and easy-going. Our room had a lovely little balcony and beautiful decor, and the highlight was definitely the amazing free-standing iron bathtub. The breakfast selection was extensive, with croissants, fruits, cheeses, and more. Graham even went out of his way to bring in filter coffee just for me. I loved every moment of my stay and will definitely be returning.
