The staff were accommodating and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. it was a great experience with excellent amenities and a perfect location.

One small inconvenience was the lack of noise insulation between the apartments, leading to some disturbance from neighboring rooms.

We really got our money's worth with this apartment. The room was modern, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family of 4. The location was excellent, right on the main promenade with beautiful views of the Mourne mountains and Castle Park. The staff made check-in easy and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We loved the super central location of this hotel, right in the middle of Newcastle. It was just a short walk to the beach, and everything we needed was within a 2-minute walk. The hotel facilities were modern and comfortable, and the apartment was spotless. The apartment at The Views was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The central location made it convenient to explore the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The view of the mountains from the apartment was breathtaking, especially at sunset.

We found it disappointing that there were no net curtains on the windows, as it meant that the bustling street outside could see right into the apartment. It would have been nice to have little touches like a chopping board, coffee maker, and a better toaster.
