During my Christmas stay, I really liked the beautiful property and how easy it was to find. The staff were wonderful, even accommodating my late arrival. One of the best aspects was that they suggested I could order dinner in the bar and have it brought to me, which was a convenient and enjoyable option.

On the negative side, there were a couple of things that could have been improved. the door into the kitchen was difficult to close, making it sound like I was slamming it every time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a self catering cottage. It was clean, and the hotel facilities were great. The location in a lovely village was perfect, and I loved being adjacent to the pub where the food was excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at a newly refurbished pub in a lovely village adjacent to the pub. The room was clean and cozy, with a private bathroom and a comfortable bed. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who couldn't do enough for us. We enjoyed delicious meals at the pub, with the food exceeding our expectations. The self-catering breakfast hamper was a nice touch. a great experience.

The bathroom door didn't close properly and there was no lock, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a comfortable stay at Village Inn during our drive to Cornwall, and again on our way back. The location was convenient, close to the motorway yet in a lovely village with plenty of green spaces for our dog. The recently refurbished pub offered clean rooms with smart TVs and good wifi. The food surpassed our expectations, with a diverse menu and attentive service. The pub had a warm atmosphere, making us feel welcomed alongside the locals.

Although the room was a bit dark when the lights were on, it didn't bother us much as we preferred a calm ambiance for our dog. The location was ideal, close to the motorway yet surrounded by green spaces for our furry friend. While breakfast wasn't provided, the staff made a tasty sandwich for me. I highly recommend this dog-friendly hotel.

The staff were friendly and welcoming upon our arrival for the Easter weekend. Our room was equipped with the basic amenities, and the location was ideal for exploring the nearby area. We enjoyed the traditional breakfast each morning, and the food in the restaurant was of a satisfactory standard.

Our experience was dampened due to the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The room was unkempt, and the bathroom was not cleaned to the standard expected. It was disappointing to find hairs left from previous guests, and the bed linen had stains. this experience did not meet our expectations and we were left feeling disappointed.
