The rooms at the hotel were well equipped with comforts like coffee and tea facilities, an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and a sofa and desk for added convenience. The bathrooms were modern and clean, with walk-in wet-room showers. each room had a private outside terrace with a table and chairs, allowing guests to enjoy the fresh air and relax.

Some guests mentioned that the rooms could be a bit noisy, especially those located close to the road.

I recently stayed at a charming pub near beautiful national trust properties, perfect for special occasions. The setting was great, with a lovely outdoor bar in the summer. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The room was modern and clean, and I especially appreciated the private decking area outside. The food was delicious, and I had the option to enjoy my meal either at my own table on the decking or in the restaurant. it was a wonderful experience, and I particularly loved the comfortable bed.

The location is perfect for countryside walks, right next to Scotney Castle and just off the A21. The room was comfortable and clean, with a unique layout. The lounge downstairs was a nice touch, and the hamper with a selection of teas, coffees, biscuits, and cereal bars was a great addition. The staff were very welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere. We were impressed by the teamwork evident among the relaxed, young, and happy bunch of people, including multi-national staff. The meals in the restaurant were superb, adding to the overall positive experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and offering a peaceful and scenic setting. The restaurant served delicious meals, with friendly and attentive wait staff. Additionally, the breakfast was of high quality, with proper coffee and a range of tasty options.

The room we stayed in was not as luxurious as advertised, and the attic bedroom had very limited headroom. It was quite challenging to maneuver around the bed, especially for taller individuals.

The room was immaculately clean with the softest bed sheets I've ever slept in. The shower was spacious and the toiletries provided were lovely. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice outside area for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, one of the best I've had, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location, nestled next to a beautiful vineyard, provided a serene and picturesque atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming, offering me a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. They were also very helpful in arranging tours and providing information about the local area. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable and well-equipped room that had heating and tea/coffee facilities. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the sitting area and enjoying the views from the terrace. The hotel also had a lovely dining restaurant and a cozy bar/lounge area where I could unwind and enjoy a drink. The service was impeccable, and I felt pampered throughout my stay.

Good location with easy access from main roads; comfortable bed with clean linens; ample parking available.

The spiral staircase to access the upstairs room was very narrow and steep, making it difficult to carry bags or get to the bathroom during the night. The bathroom floor was unpleasant and the shower flooded the area around it. The bedroom was very small and there was not much room to move around the bed. The overall size of the room was not advertised properly and there was no warning for older or taller guests.

The Vineyard in Lamberhurst was a lovely location for our stay. The room was modern and very clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed having food delivered to our room and eating it on the patio outside. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting Scotney and Hever castles, and the village itself is beautiful. We also had a great dining experience at the hotel's restaurant, which had a nice mix of modern and old character. The large beer garden with the vineyard in the background was a wonderful setting. The staff even remembered our anniversary and surprised us with a glass of prosecco, which was a nice touch.

Great character and atmosphere. The traditional bar was beautifully laid out and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our Christmas meal enjoyable. The food was delicious and the drinks were brought to our table promptly by the waitress. We also appreciated the easy and plentiful parking at the venue.

The room we stayed in had some problems. The shower floor was about to collapse and the spiral staircase was too tight, with a dangerous handrail.

The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our meal. we had a great dining experience and would highly recommend the restaurant at Vineyard.
