Being in the centre of the village, it was convenient for our travel plans, especially with the motorway nearby. The room we stayed in was surprisingly large, with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a great shower. The staff were really helpful and ensured our stay was enjoyable. The included breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide selection of options like croissants, cereals, and a delicious full English.

Location wise it was great, close to where we wanted to go. We also really enjoyed the breakfast options, there were a lot to choose from. And the room was spacious and clean.

The room was outdated and in need of some serious renovation. It was also very cold and the heating system seemed to be ineffective.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth at this cozy hotel. The room was spacious and had all the essentials, plus the softest bath towels I've ever laid my hands on. The location was super convenient, just a short hop off the M5 and there's a Tesco right across the street. But what really made our stay special was the amazing staff. They were mega friendly, super efficient, and couldn't do enough to make us feel at home. Bravo, Walnut Tree!
