The Waterhouse At Claremont Apartments is a beautiful building with quirky and stylish decor. It feels spacious yet homely. The location is great, with a convenient shop just around the corner for any essentials. The staff are very accommodating and the heating in the rooms is fabulous, even in freezing temperatures.

The only improvement that could be made is to offer a wider variety of breakfast options.

Stayed here with my parents, loved walking into town and the free parking was a bonus. A real home from home experience.

Just a couple of minor issues - no mirror above the bathroom sink and no teapot.

The Waterhouse At Claremont Apartments in Leeds provided us with a great and comfortable stay. The apartment was well-appointed and spacious, with a large bedroom featuring a king-size bed. It was convenient to walk into the city and only a short taxi ride away from everything else. The staff were helpful and quickly resolved any issues we had, such as a problem with the TV and a shortage of cups. , the free off-road parking and proximity to restaurants, shops, and Leeds University made the location excellent.

For us, the stay was ideal 🙂

the waterhouse at claremont exceeded our expectations in leeds. beautiful old building, short walk to city, lovely lady welcomed us with coffee. well-appointed apartment with great tv/internet, comfortable bed, and all the basic kitchen gear provided. allocated parking and friendly housekeeping staff made our stay even better.
