The room was fantastic, very spacious with huge windows offering a perfect view of the Thames. The bed was warm and comfortable. The bathroom had a lovely shower with good water pressure and temperature. The staff were well trained and helpful. The location was convenient for Canary Wharf and The Abba Arena, with easy access to the DLR. The furniture and amenities were of good quality and the patio doors in the bedroom were a bonus. The breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee.

I recently stayed at a stylish hotel near the o2 Arena. The Waterman's Arms exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet at night, which was a pleasant surprise. I had worried about noise before arriving, but it wasn't an issue. The modern room and great bathroom added to the overall experience. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the large balcony doors that let in lots of natural light. The tea, coffee, and biscuits provided were of good quality. I also enjoyed the food and the service in the pub/restaurant downstairs. it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely choose to stay at the Waterman's Arms again!
