our stay in stratford-upon-avon was amazing, but our recent stay at waters edge guest house took it to a whole new level. the new owners were incredibly friendly and ran the best b&b we've ever experienced. the location was ideal, with a short walk into town or the option of a water taxi. everything exceeded our expectations.

The Waters Edge Guest House offers a stunning location by the river Avon, allowing guests to relax in the expansive garden with a picturesque view of the river. Additionally, guests can conveniently access the city via a river taxi, which conveniently docks just steps away from the end of the garden. Furthermore, the rooms are beautifully dressed and come with complimentary amenities such as fluffy towels, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, chocolates.

The walls between the rooms are quite thin which can lead to disturbances from neighboring guests.

The location of the guest house is fantastic, with a beautiful garden that stretches down to the river. You can relax in the evening with a bottle of wine and enjoy watching the sun go down. in the summer, the water taxi passes by the back of the property, adding a nice touch to your stay.

The location of this guest house is absolutely perfect, right on the waters edge with resident swans swimming by. We loved sitting by the river bank, watching the boats go by and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom that had a luxurious double bath. The service provided by the owners was exceptional, they made us feel welcomed and nothing was too much trouble for them. And the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We would definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

Some minor issues were reported in regards to the provided amenities. There was no shampoo in the provided shampoo bottle, and a few guests mentioned that the fridge in their room was occasionally noisy.

the room was spacious and comfortable, with two good chairs and a large luxurious bathroom. As a Norwegian traveler, it was perfect for me and my companion with two single beds. Unlike many places in Great Britain, we had no trouble with narrow beds or small duvets. the breakfast menu offered six different choices and was served steaming hot every morning. the location was quiet and had a large garden that we were welcome to use. There was also a charming water taxi into town, which made exploring the area very convenient.

The breakfast choices were excellent, with an abundance of fruit, bread, croissants, muffins, and cooked options.

Waters Edge Guest House provided a lovely stay with a comfortable room and friendly hosts. the location was convenient, only a 20-minute walk from the town center. the room had a fridge, which was helpful, and there were even complimentary cookies, chocolate, and water provided. the breakfast, delivered to the room, was delicious, especially the fresh fruit. the owners were welcoming and allowed dogs to stay for an additional fee. the property itself was beautiful and set in a picturesque location overlooking the river Avon.

Lovely grounds and a delicious homemade breakfast were the highlights of my stay at a guest house near Stratford-upon-Avon. My room overlooked the beautiful lawns and had a modern bathroom with plenty of towels. The host, Tony, was warm and welcoming. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Waters Edge Guest House. the accommodation was first class, providing a modern, clean and bright family room. the facilities were perfect, offering everything we needed. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the view from the room was superb. the complimentary chocolates and crisps were a nice touch. We also enjoyed an excellent breakfast, which rounded off our wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend this guest house.

What an amazing stay! the location was perfect, with beautiful views of the river and close proximity to the town center. the spacious room with a great view had everything we needed and more! We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary bottled water and some extra treats. the owner gave us a warm welcome and the tour of the house was a nice touch. the breakfast had endless options, and I highly recommend trying the eggs benedict!

Sadly, our room had some issues with the water pressure, which made taking a bath or shower and using the sink an inconvenience. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The location of this guest house is perfect for those wanting to be close to a theme park. It is conveniently situated near Stratford town centre, making it easy to explore the area. The room I stayed in had a comfortable bed and a nicely decorated bathroom. The service provided by the hosts, Andreas and Anna, was exceptional. They were always ready to assist and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The view from the guest house was breathtaking, overlooking a beautiful river. there were great facilities such as a seating area facing the river and a large garden where one can relax.

The bedside light in my room was never replaced when I asked.
