The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk away from the pier and the pleasure beach. It made it really convenient for us to enjoy all the fun activities in the area. The warm and friendly welcome we received from the owners was also a big plus. They went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay and were always available to help with any queries or requests. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

One aspect that could have been improved was the breakfast. While it was good overall, there were a few items that were not to our liking.

I recently stayed at a warm, friendly B&B in an excellent location and had an amazing experience. The owners, Colleen and Steve, genuinely cared about ensuring my stay was enjoyable. They paid attention to the smallest details, like remembering that my son didn't like mushrooms and adjusting his breakfast accordingly. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with TV, ensuite bathroom, and drink facilities. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus. The B&B is conveniently located just a short walk away from Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle, and South Pier, making it perfect for families looking for some fun. I highly recommend this B&B.

The hosts at this cozy hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Despite arriving late at night, they stayed up to greet me. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Everything exceeded my expectations, especially considering the affordable price. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Collette and Steve were incredibly welcoming and we can't rate them highly enough. We stayed for 3 nights and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with perfect eggs every time. The lack of noise made our stay even more perfect. We look forward to staying again!

My partner and I stayed at The Waverley for a weekend getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see and do within walking distance, including the fair. The shower in our room was truly amazing, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, and the breakfast served by Coleen was absolutely out of this world. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

As young holiday goers, we loved the comfy bed that accommodated my 6ft4" partner with ease. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, even staying up late to greet us. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the price was surprisingly affordable. Coleen's breakfast was absolutely amazing, exceeding all expectations. a fantastic experience.
