We had an excellent stay at a hotel in a beautiful location. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was helpful. The highlight was the amazing breakfast, the best we've had in a long time. The hotel also had a cozy bar area with a log fire, perfect for relaxing. The town itself was lovely and charming, with the market square right at our doorstep. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but it looked amazing. Although the rooms were a bit tired, we heard that they are due to be renovated soon. Despite a few minor issues with breakfast timing and a forgotten toast order, we enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is delicious and the staff are friendly. Guests can also enjoy the lovely restaurant and bar areas. Additionally, there are good local pubs within walking distance and a chippy nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the market place in Middleham, providing easy access to different areas of the town. The room we stayed in was small but comfortable, perfect for a couples getaway. The bathroom was clean and adequate. The service provided by the manager and bar lady was exceptional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast, although slow on the first morning, was redeemed with a delicious spread on the second morning.

No major complaints except the hot water took slightly longer to arrive in the bathroom. But this is expected from historic buildings, and it wasn't a significant issue.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a bustling village with plenty of activities and attractions nearby. Additionally, the hotel implemented safety measures such as a one-way system and hand sanitizer, which made us feel secure during our stay.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Middleham for 3 nights. The location was great, right in the market place with views of Middleham Castle. The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel had a nice design and feel. The breakfast was delicious and served beautifully. The room was comfortable with a unique window that opened up onto the main square. a great experience!

The staff are very friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-appointed, with a king-size four-poster bed and even a very small wardrobe in the bathroom. The breakfast is delicious, with tasty ingredients and a range of options to choose from.

All aspects of this hotel are great.

Lovely village location, great welcome, tasty and filling breakfast, comfortable bed, interesting horse-themed decor, excellent location for visiting Dales and Moors.
