The hotel was extremely close to the city centre, with several convenience shops and a pharmacy just around the corner. We loved the fact that there was juice in the fridge and a variety of breakfast options provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about transportation and the best sights to see. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive.

I really got great value for my money at this newly decorated B&B. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient with nearby transportation options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Had a great time spending my New Year’s Eve at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-made bed and a cool temperature, despite being on the top floor. It was also great to have reserved parking, which was a big help, and the hotel’s location made it easy to get around.

That the shower made a loud whining noise which was uncomfortable to listen to while using it. the hotel was a bit far from the city center and the tube station, which made it inconvenient to travel around, especially if you don’t enjoy walking.

Comfortable clean rooms with good size bathrooms and plenty of towels. Smart TVs and tea/coffee facilities were a nice touch. Impressive breakfast options including granola and yogurt. Friendly staff and great location near Hyde Park.

Wow! What an amazing hotel. We had such a lovely stay that we ended up extending it for 2 more nights. Lorena and Kiril are amazing staff who went over and beyond to make sure we were ok. The room is so nice with the most comfy bed ever! You have youghurt and juices in your fridge and free toast and coffee and tea in the living room. We had a shared bathroom which was spotless clean and the shower was so nice and hot. The manager let me stay in the room for an extra hour after check out as I was waiting to go to my air bnb. I cannot fault this hotel at all, it was perfect and I would definitely come back again. When my family comes over to visit I will tell them to stay here.Keep up the good job guys, you are all amazing.Big thank you especially to Lorena and Kiril for being the most friendliest staff I have ever encountered on my travels! Totally recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was very close to a tube station, making it easy to access central London sights. Additionally, it was not far from the train station, offering convenience for transportation.

One negative aspect was that the bathroom was shared with other guests, which could be inconvenient and less private for some individuals.

We got great value for our money at The Westerly London. The room was modern, clean, and had a smart TV, and the staff were outstanding, offering help and answering all our questions with a friendly and fun attitude.
