The location is perfect, not quite in the center of Bath but on a quiet street just a short walk away. The staff are friendly and informative, and the continental breakfast included in the room has everything you could want.

Had an easter b&b experience last weekend with some of my family. the room was spacious and clean. the breakfast was okay. the location of the property is near the center of the city and the transportation means were easily accessible. the owners are very friendly, and they offered a parking permit which was free to use.

The Wi-Fi kept cutting out and the beds were uncomfortable which made it difficult to get good rest at night. the noise level of the property was high so it was not easy to relax properly.

The host was excellent, breakfast replenished daily, convenient location, free parking permit, room had everything needed.
