I had a fantastic stay at a pub in Stockbridge with a comfortable room and excellent food! The decor was modern and stylish, with pallet style walls and olde worlde lamps. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast menu had plenty of choices, including locally sourced products of great quality. I particularly enjoyed the full breakfast, which was included in the stay. The room also had a small fridge with a complimentary bottle of Fullers beer, and the bathroom had complimentary shower products. I highly recommend this pub for a short stop.

Our city break was made even better thanks to the hotel's lovely and warm recently refurbished rooms. The bed was comfy and the linen was of good quality. We also loved the tea and coffee tray in our room where we could enjoy a cup of Teapigs tea using the Nespresso coffee machine. Fresh milk was offered too, which was a nice touch. The parking was free and conveniently close to our room. We enjoyed a quiet night's sleep and the breakfast selection was nice.

Although it wasn't a big issue during our short stay, there was limited hanging space for clothes. However, this could be an inconvenience for those staying longer than a couple of days.
