I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Uttoxeter. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a cozy bed. The hotel had a beautiful bar and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Despite a few drawbacks, I still enjoyed my time here. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

During my New Year stay, I enjoyed the clean and well-presented rooms, complete with all the essential amenities. the location was also ideal, situated close to local attractions and amenities. the restaurant served delicious food at good value for money, and the staff were friendly and hard-working.

The noise level was a major issue. the walls and windows were very thin, leading to constant disturbance from the busy bar and beer garden, which kept us up until the early hours of the morning.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the breakfast offered a great selection and we enjoyed the delicious food.

there was no fan in our room, making it quite hot at night even with the windows slightly open. the noise levels throughout the hotel were quite high, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had an incredible stay at this lovely hotel! The staff were absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The room we stayed in was stunning, featuring a four-poster bed and a luxurious bathtub that my partner adored. The bathroom amenities provided by The White Company were top-notch, offering a touch of luxury to our stay. The soft and fluffy towels were a real treat compared to the scratchy ones found in other hotels. We were pleasantly surprised by the in-room facilities for coffee, tea, and water, although it took us a little while to discover them tucked away in the wardrobe. Additionally, the breakfast included in our stay was fantastic, with a wide selection to choose from.

This hotel is a hidden gem that exceeded our expectations. The rooms and public areas were beautifully decorated and well-maintained, showcasing a high level of attention to detail.

Great location for races and town centre with a big car park. Staff were welcoming, room was clean and fresh. Gorgeous homemade chicken pie and amazing three-course meal. Modern room with lovely waterfall shower and LED mirror, perfect for a trip to Alton Towers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and great water pressure for showers. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful, allowing us to use our room from the moment we arrived. The hotel's bar/restaurant served delicious food, and the staff there were super friendly. We also appreciated the availability of amenities like an iron, hairdryer, kettle, and a selection of teas and instant coffee in the room.

Renovated old building in Uttoxeter centre. Contemporarily designed rooms with comfy beds. Lovely high-standard food in modern restaurant. Apologetic staff offered complimentary drinks for room mix-up. Fantastic location on town street.

There were a few minor issues with the facilities, such as noisy hand dryers in the public restroom, a lack of tissues in the room, and a shortage of hangers.

Although everything was perfect, there was one situation that could have been better. It would have been helpful if I had been informed about the band playing on the night I booked.
