The breakfast was really lovely with a great selection of options, morning staff were lovely dudes, and the rooms were super clean and had all essentials covered. the hotel also had a cozy garden area for a chill and a little playground for the kids. Some traffic noise from the nearby junction could be heard, but it didn't bother me one bit, zonked out like a baby. 💤.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly lovely. the staff, led by Graham the manager, were incredibly helpful and supportive, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the room service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff kept everything spotless. We were delighted with the packed lunches they provided, which were great for our day trips. the restaurant had a charming old-world atmosphere, and the menu offered a good variety of delicious dishes. the breakfast options were top-notch, and the staff always made sure everything was to our liking.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. the location, while nice, was a bit too noisy for us as the hotel sits on a busy crossroads.

I always stay here. the staff helped me pick places nearby. Free Wi-Fi, parking, lounge, restaurant, TV, check-in/out. Perfect for me. Back for Easter.

The White Horse Hotel in Leiston was a comfortable stay overall. the room, although in need of updating, was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. the highlight was the excellent food in the tastefully renovated bar and restaurant. the breakfast selection was great. the friendly staff and convenient amenities made for a pleasant experience.

The room at the White Horse was cozy and equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay. As a group who values simplicity and practicality, we appreciated the free WiFi and tea/coffee facilities provided.

I personally found the lack of a mirror in the room a bit inconvenient, but it may not bother everyone.

Unbelievably friendly staff, unexpectedly spacious room with huge bathroom, innovative breakfast concept, spotlessly clean, SUPER relaxing atmosphere.

The room overlooking the Beer Garden is close enough to Dunwich for Minsmere, offering excellent value and boasting excellent staff. the room is nicely decorated and clean, with a nice shower, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The windows overlooking the road are not double glazed, causing inconvenience to light sleepers.

Omg, 🤩 the breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked and delicious! but the room was a disaster 🙁 outdated and dirty, had a terrible experience. the staff were lovely, though! 🌟.
