We had a fantastic Saturday evening meal with friends at the White Horse Inn. The warm welcome and excellent service made us feel right at home. The bread, olives, and hummus appetizer was a delicious start, with the bread having a fabulous crust. The confit of duck, chicken, and leek and cheddar tart were all incredibly tasty. The accompanying salad was fresh and paired perfectly. Although we couldn't manage dessert, the menu had tempting options. we highly recommend this place for a meal.

Its location in a small village is perfect for those who want a quiet getaway, but it is also close enough to local attractions such as Blenheim Palace. The restaurant and excellent bar, along with a car park just a few steps away from the rooms, make it convenient for guests. The hotel itself is housed in a very attractive building, situated in a quiet location.

We stayed at a cozy inn over New Year's and had a great time. The food was excellent and the staff were lovely, even helping us plan a hike in the nearby hills. We particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the pub, which had a roaring fire and friendly regulars.

While the room was small, it was well-appointed and suited our weekend stay perfectly. However, for longer stays, it might feel a bit cramped.

I stayed at a real British classic country Inn, the White Horse, last September and loved it for everything. The pub itself was brilliant, very comfortable. The homemade pie was a winner, and the bed was so comfy. If I'm ever in that area again, I will definitely stay at the White Horse Inn. I've already recommended it to my friends. Just brilliant.
