I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at this hotel. From the prices to the basic amenities, everything is well thought out and provided for. The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance of a great pub and a fantastic Italian restaurant. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with large beds that ensure a good night's sleep. The hot powerful shower was a great bonus. The breakfast at this hotel was delicious, with really good bread and an excellent selection of home made jams.

All was just as we expected, a truly enjoyable stay.

Our stay at The White House was fantastic! We were warmly greeted by Mike, who was friendly yet professional. The rooms were lovely and well-maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Beautifully traditional B&B with helpful owners! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a seating area overlooking a lovely garden. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, with homemade preserves and a variety of options to choose from. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, even checking up on me when I arrived late. a charming and enjoyable stay.

One minor issue was that the TV went pink, but the owners were quick to address it and I'm sure it won't be a problem for future guests. It would have been nice to have a fan in the room during the heatwave, but it didn't take away from the overall positive experience.

Loved the breakfast and the beautiful view from the room. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very spacious. We appreciated the free parking and fast Wi-Fi connection.
