We loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful fields just by the property. We enjoyed relaxing in the bar or in the garden, and being close to a creek added to the tranquil atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the warm welcome drink to the efficient housekeeping. Our room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, tea and coffee amenities, and free wi-fi. The garden furniture was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy the serene surroundings. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the comfort of our stay. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious breakfast and excellent service from the whole team. We truly felt well taken care of by the owners.

Attended a wedding nearby and spent one night at this charming inn. Warm welcome, cozy atmosphere throughout, and a lovely, warm bedroom with a super-comfy bed. Plentiful tea/coffee/biscuit supplies and a good shower. Both breakfasts were delicious and the restaurant served impressive food. A bonus was the beautiful garden where we could relax and enjoy meals. Appreciated the self-contained entrance to our room which allowed us to come and go without disturbing anyone. Dog-friendly, with secure accommodations for our furry friend.

We had a lovely stay at this quiet location near Rutland Water. the staff at White Lion Inn were very helpful and welcoming. Our room provided a cozy night's sleep, followed by a fantastic breakfast. the value for money was amazing, and we would definitely stay here again.

I stumbled upon this absolute jewel of a place, and I couldn't be happier. The White Lion Inn is a fabulous retreat with spacious and pristine rooms. The warm and welcoming hosts, Chris and Yolanda, made my stay even more enjoyable. The bar and the well-maintained outdoor grounds are simply gorgeous.
