The breakfast options were fantastic, with plenty of choices to suit any appetite. Despite being located in a quaint pub, the soundproofing was impressive, and we didn't hear any noise from downstairs. The location was convenient and within walking distance of attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and enjoyable stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. It had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom. the breakfast served in the alcove area was of a high standard and there was a good range of drinks available at the bar. the staff were friendly and provided me with helpful suggestions for places to visit.

there was quite a bit of noise from the room above mine and from the water being used. This impacted my overall sleep quality.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the location was great. Situated at the top of a fairly steep hill, it offered a peaceful and tranquil setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It was only a 15-minute walk to the town, which was very convenient.

I recently stayed at The William IV and had a great experience. The bed was surprisingly comfy and the room was a good size. I also loved the selection of teas and coffee available in the room. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options. I could easily see the TV from the bed, which was a nice touch. The easy parking was also a plus.

Great facilities including a coffee maker, room safe, and comfortable beds. Copious breakfast with a wide selection. Good location, 5 min walk to city center. Quiet residential area with an old-fashioned English pub with pool tables, darts, and a huge TV screen showing sports. Also offers 2 electric car charging points in the car park.

It gave me a nice sense of being away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a decent-sized bathroom and an easy-to-use shower. The attention to detail was evident, from the little extras like tea and coffee facilities to the reasonable amenities provided. And let me tell you, the breakfast was superb! It really set me up for the day ahead with its variety of tasty options. All in all, great value for money and a top-notch experience!
