We had a fantastic stay at the Willows in Stratford. the owners were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check-in late due to heavy traffic. Our ground floor family room was nicely decorated and warm, with a convenient ensuite bathroom. the location was perfect, close to the town center and attractions like Anne Hathaway's Cottage and Mary Arden's Farm. We also enjoyed the self-catering facilities and the option to make a cuppa in the kitchen. the full English breakfast provided was superb.

This hotel is a great find! the location is ideal, just a short stroll from the town centre and all its attractions. Secondly, the staff couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Finally, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with attention to detail and a terrace to enjoy the view. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast included, a perfect start to the day!

Parking was a little tricky, but manageable.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being very close to the town centre. It allows easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the area. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with nicely fitted out bathrooms. The staff are helpful and friendly, making guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay.

One minor issue is that there are no tea-making facilities in the rooms, so guests have to go down to the kitchen if they want a hot drink. This may be inconvenient, especially for those who prefer a cuppa early in the morning without having to get dressed and go downstairs.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the location was central - perfect for exploring the city. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was tasty.

The rooms were very small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. the noise from the street and other guests was quite loud, making it hard to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at Willows. the breakfast had plenty of choice and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. the location was just a short walk to the town center, making it convenient for exploring. We also loved the self-catering facilities, which allowed us to cook our own meals. We would definitely book again and highly recommend it to others. the Christmas market was a hit with our spouses too!
