The overall experience was brilliant with exceptional food and friendly staff. The location was superb for exploring the Caves and Cheddar. The building had a lot of character and the bar and restaurant had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner and staff were amazing, going above and beyond to accommodate us.

Convenient location for visiting local attractions and taking scenic walks. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay and had great local knowledge to share. Food was delicious with great value for money. the room was comfortable and cozy, with a quirky and characterful decor.

The bathroom could have been better maintained and could have benefited from updated taps. the lack of bedside lighting meant having to get up to turn off the lights, which was not ideal.

We stayed at The Wookey Hole Inn for a couple of nights while exploring the nearby caves and countryside. The location was perfect for visiting tourist spots like Glastonbury and Cheddar without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate us, even offering food after the lunch service had finished. The pub had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and our room was spacious and full of character. The food was amazing and excellent value for money. We were even given a free late check-out so we could visit Wookey Hole. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, right opposite the famous caves, with plenty of scenic walks in the surrounding area. Even my dog had a great time! The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The highlight for me was the excellent food - a great variety of fresh and well-cooked dishes. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even when I was running late for breakfast. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I can't wait to come back.

The staff at Wookey Hole Inn were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and even welcomed my dog with open arms. The food at the inn was absolutely delicious, some of the best I've ever had. I also loved the charming and historic atmosphere of the inn, with its original features and beautiful garden. I highly recommend staying here.

There were a few minor issues with cleanliness, such as stained shower grouting and cobwebs in the room. Additionally, the noise from traffic and footfall from other rooms was slightly bothersome.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and early check-in at the Wookey Hole Inn. The pub had a cosy and comfortable atmosphere, and our spacious room had everything we needed, except for toiletries which would have been useful for our bike trip. The old building added character, and the bed was very comfortable. The highlight was definitely the amazing and reasonably priced food. We even got a late check-out to visit Wookey Hole, which was just a short walk away. Highly recommend and would stay again if in the area.
