Stayed here over Easter and had a great time. The location was prime and we were able to explore the town easily. The food was amazing! We had locally sourced produce all weekend and it was delicious. The room was also really comfortable, and we had everything we needed to make hot drinks and relax. The staff were welcoming and looked after us well.

The only negative was that the decor was dated and could do with a bit of an update. However, this did not detract from the lovely stay we had, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of town. The location was perfect, being near the clock tower and right in the center of the town. The room I had was spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a clean, well-kept bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the view from my room, overlooking the bustling streets below.

The hotel could benefit from some minor renovations in certain areas.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The attention to detail and the character of the rooms with their old-fashioned four-poster beds made me feel like I was in a luxurious boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The location in the center of town was perfect, with excellent restaurants just a short walk away. And to top it off, breakfast was included in the price, which was a great value for money.

The room was a good size and the en suite was clean. the hotel had easy parking and was located in a beautiful area.

The hotel was run down and in need of redecorating. the room had a small and pointless TV, and the water pressure was so bad that I didn't even attempt to take a bath.

We loved the friendly staff and the excellent food at the hotel. The dinner was well-presented and cooked, and the breakfast had good options. The atmosphere and ambiance of the hotel were awesome, and we enjoyed spending time in the comfortable bar area with a nice open fire. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of town and in original surroundings. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the maintenance of the original features, such as wooden flooring. Additionally, the hotel had parking facilities and was conveniently located near the local 9-hole golf course.

That the restaurant service could have been better. There were some delays in receiving our drinks and the dessert plates were not cleared in a timely manner.
