I had a wonderful stay at The Zetter. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was beautifully decorated with vibrant colors and stylish amenities. The view from my corner room overlooking St. John's Square was breathtaking. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. Despite a few minor issues with the heating and noise from the bar, the overall experience was exceptional. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. a great place to stay.

I absolutely loved the vibrant decor of the room at Zetter. The bright colors and plant-based prints created such a fun and lively atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room size was perfect for a comfortable stay. The hotel even gave us a drinks voucher to celebrate my partner's birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff at the reception were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I have to mention the pregnant waitress who provided exceptional service as well. I highly recommend Zetter for a perfect birthday getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location in the vibrant Clerkenwell area next to a quiet square was perfect for exploring the Farrington area. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay, offering services like room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. We were even greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was well-equipped with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, and the in-room safe provided an extra sense of security. The free toiletries and television added to the overall comfort of our stay. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering a variety of delicious options, including special diet menus. The attentive staff made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. The hotel also had great leisure facilities such as Wi-Fi and luggage storage. The 24-hour reception and 24-hour security gave us peace of mind during our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop that takes you to popular shopping destination Oxford Street in less than 20 minutes. With a few bus lines running nearby, it's easy to travel across town and explore different areas of the city. Additionally, there are plenty of bars just across the cobbled square at the Zetter Townhouse, making it a great spot for a night out. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and excellent service from the staff. Breakfast is delicious and there are various facilities available for guests to enjoy.

The TV in the room only offers broadcast channels and does not have streaming options.

The rooftop suite we stayed in was spacious and had a fantastic view. the outdoor bathtub was a unique feature. the decor throughout the hotel was quirky and fun, adding to the overall atmosphere.

We were not allowed early check-in, even though we were exhausted from an overnight flight. the restaurant served terrible food, and there was a lack of desk service or concierge assistance.

The Zetter Hotel in London is a gem! The rooms are well provisioned with a comfy bed, hot water bottles, and free coffee/tea. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is peaceful and convenient. The view over the square is lovely, and the room is quiet. Access is easy even for late arrivals, and there are plenty of complimentary water bottles in the fridge. a great choice for a stay in London!

I recently stayed at Zetter and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The rooftop suite on the 5th floor was stunning, with a terrace offering fantastic city views. The room itself was stylish, clean, and had modern decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The bar downstairs had delicious food and matched the hotel's decor perfectly. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a bit of luxury. I had a weekend to remember.

Couldn't stay longer.

Loved the decor of the hotel and the facilities in the room. the towels were fluffy and the mini bar had some nice products. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. the staff were very friendly and the complimentary tea/coffee facilities were a nice touch.

The bed was too small for two people, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the heating in the room was very noisy and had to be turned off for a more peaceful night.

Conveniently located, stylish and well-designed rooms offering thoughtful amenities. Friendly and attentive staff who made special gestures for my mother's birthday. Enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel. Excellent service and prime location near underground and top attractions.
