I recently stayed at Thistle Dhu Bed And Breakfast and it exceeded all my expectations. The location was stunning, surrounded by the beautiful countryside and close to great walks in the Cairngorms national park. The room I stayed in was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast each morning was a real treat, with delicious homemade options and a variety of choices. The hosts, Pat and Andy, were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their attention to detail and professional service was evident throughout my stay. Additionally, the availability of WiFi and a selection of DVDs added to the overall enjoyable experience.

While my stay was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, making it a bit difficult to keep water from splashing everywhere.

Nothing it was perfect.

Our Easter weekend was wonderful! We were delighted with the breakfast and the lovely touches such as the complimentary hi-viz vests and torches for our evening walk. the location was perfect - set in a quiet, peaceful area surrounded by lush green countryside. We also enjoyed the warm welcome and the personalized attention from the hosts.

We wished there were more activities to do in the area, but that's not the hotel's fault. we had a fantastic and comfortable stay.
