We loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the places we wanted to visit and within walking distance of a great pub. It was also conveniently located near the village center and the church.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Cambridge City, St Ives historic town, and Fen Drayton Lakes. The nearby pub provided delicious evening meals, adding to the convenience. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a cozy bedroom, well-equipped kitchen/diner/lounge area, and a gorgeous bathroom with a walk-in shower. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff, particularly Alexander, were friendly, helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Lovely self-contained ground floor suite with great tea/coffee facilities, fridge, and microwave. Warm and cosy during bad weather. Friendly host, offered local advice. Beautifully cooked and presented breakfast served in private lounge/diner. Convenient parking. Local pub has great food.

Our stay at Thorn House B&B was exceptional. The host, Alex, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He even provided us with directions to a nearby hospital, which was very helpful. The accommodation was warm, spotlessly clean, and had tea/coffee facilities in our room along with delicious biscuits. We were pleasantly surprised when Alex delivered our breakfast to our door at the arranged time, adding a lovely touch to our stay. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Thorn House B&B to others.

Nothing not to love.

The room was decent with basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, and towels and toiletries were provided. The best part was the owner who was friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and park our car in the private parking area. The location was good, just a short walk away from the town center.

The room was small and could do with some cleaning as we found hairs on the bed and in the bathroom. The breakfast provided was average and could be better. There was no option for vegetarian or vegan breakfast, which was a bit disappointing. The price of the room was on the higher side considering the facilities and amenities provided. it was an average stay.

Thorn House B&B is a hidden gem just outside Cambridge in a picturesque village. The rooms are cozy, with thoughtful touches like a coffee machine, biscuits, and a microwave. The mini-fridge stocked with fresh milk is a nice touch. The sitting area with a comfortable sofa and table and chairs is perfect for relaxing. The friendly owner provides excellent service and the breakfast is delicious. You can also enjoy a local pub that serves tasty food.

The pillow cases felt like imitation synthetic silk, but this was easily remedied by using cotton cases underneath.

I stayed at Thorn House B&B for a few days while working at Papworth Hospital. The annex was perfect for me, with a bedroom, bathroom, and mini living room equipped with a fridge, coffee machine. The place was spacious, clean, and had a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Alex, the host, was accommodating and even provided a light breakfast delivered to my door. The village had a great dining pub within easy walking distance, and it was a central location for exploring Cambridge and St Ives. Great value for money.

Located just a short drive away from Cambridge University, this charming lodge provided us with everything we needed for our visit. The room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The friendly and welcoming service from the innkeeper made us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the lounge area with its cozy fireplace and the delicious breakfast served in the bright dining room.
